Family Court Costs Assessment Forms - Please note that solicitor client costs in Family Law matters where the retainer is dated after 1 July 2008 are now dealt with by the costs assessment system in the State or Territory in which the proceedings are taken. These forms only apply where the date of the costs agreement is earlier than 1 July 2008.
